　　Responsibilities:

　　· Assistinlarge-sized audit and non-audits engagements or assume overall controloversmall-sized audit assignments.

　　· Coordinatingandrequesting the financial records and materials from the client priortocommencement of engagements.

　　· Duringthefieldwork, the Associate shall act as the liaison between team leader andjunior,responsible for reviewing some of materials received from client foraccuracy.

　　· Directfieldworkon daily basis, inform team leader of the work status and audit issuesontimely manner.

　　· Performingtheaudit work on some important areas normally assigned to an Associate,butvaries depending on nature and size of operations.

　　Responsibilities:

　　· Assist intheplanning, determining the scope and execution of small- and medium-sizedauditand non-audit engagements.

　　· Coordinating and requesting the financial records and materials fromtheclient prior to commencement of engagements.

　　· Assist in developing a list of all company employees to be interviewedduringthe audit process.

　　· By working closely with the engagement manager, the SA assists inestablishingthe appropriate audit strategy, having considered the internalcontrols and auditrisks of the client.

　　· Assist the engagement manager in assigning the work to the juniorteammembers.

　　· During the fieldwork, the SA shall act as the liaison personon-site,responsible for reviewing all of the materials received from clientforaccuracy.

　　· After consultation with the engagement manager, adapt the audit approachtochanging client environment.

　　· Direct fieldwork on daily basis, inform engagement manager of the workstatusand audit issues on timely manner and manage the performance of thejunior teammembers through review of their work and providing timelyfeedback/guidanceduring the fieldwork.

　　· Performing the audit work on key areas normally assigned to a SA, suchasrevenue, cost of goods sold and inventories.

　　· Contribute ideas/opinions to the audit team.

　　· Upon completion of audit fieldwork, the SA is responsible for preparingthedeliverables for the engagements, as well as following-up with the clientforany outstanding matters and issues.

　　· The SA shall ensure that the time spent on the engagement is properlyrecordedby all the team members.

　　· Provide performance feedback and identify training needs of the teammembers,and conduct performance reviews.

　　Requirements:

　　· Bachelor’s or Master's degree in accounting.

　　· 3 to 5 years of audit experience with a public accounting firm,preferablylarge accounting firms.

　　· Certification of CICPA and other professional qualification ispreferred.

　　· Good project management skills.

　　· Good written and communication skills, English speaking and writing willbe anadded advantage.

　　· Use technology efficiently, such as emails and MS Office (primarilyWord,Excel and PowerPoint).

　　· A dedication to teamwork and leadership.

　　· Integrity within a professional environment.

　　· Ability and willing to travel.

acca考试怎么搭配科目？: 建议优先选择相关联的科目进行搭配报考，这样可以提高备考效率，减轻备考压力，1、F1-F4：为随时机考科目，难度较低，这里可以自行随意选择考试顺序。2、F5-F9：如果你的工作的和财务会计或者审计有关、或者你比较擅长财务和审计的话，推荐先考F7和F8。你可以选择一起考ACCA考试科目F7和F8或者先考F7（8）再考F8（7），这就要取决你一次想考几门。3、P阶段：选修科目中，建议企业首选AFM！第二部分科目进行选择，如果AA和SBR掌握学生更好，可以通过选择AAA，如果SBL掌握的好，可以自己选择APM。
