  1) Job Title: Sr. Accounting Analyst
  Location: Shanghai
  Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
  Assist the Accounting Manager of Kohler China to manage the daily accounting operation of Kohler China Investment Co. and 9 plants in China.
  Expense analysis, by department, by cost center, by cost element.
  Balance sheet analysis for China holding company and each plants.
  Regularly review the expenses and balance sheet with finance manager of plant
  Take full finance responsibility of emerging business (Karat, Novita, Tile, Kohler at home), including financial report preparing, results analysis, pricing and rebate simulation.
  Optimize the operation process, especially for internal control and productivity improvement.
  Control operation expense, make sure the expenses under budget and report outstanding items.
  Coordinate with Auditors both internal and external
  Perform ad-hoc financial projects as assigned.
  Qualifications & Skills
  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a degree in Finance with a strong emphasis in Accounting.
  At least 5 years working experience in MNC company on financial analyst role.
  Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
  Good working attitude, conscientious, able to work under multi-tasks and operate with certain independence.

  2) Job Title: Accounting Analyst -Costing
  Location: Shanghai
  Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
  Review the monthly financial report from plant and verify the manufacturing variance and PPV tracing. Communicate with plant finance manager regarding the outstanding variance to finalize the commentary write-up. Provide the reasonable explanation to management for the operating issue exposure.
  Monthly review with plant finance on the variance results, PPV, inventory, KPI, DPO, KOS saving, E&O, commodity price trends, expense comparison with budget and provide the action plan upon the review. Perform timely follow up on the action plan and update the progress accordingly.
  Communicate with the plant finance to understand the daily issue occurs in each month, understand the operating process ad hoc production, supply chain, finance etc. to help provide the advice from costing perspective in HQ.
  Review ACT with the initiator to verify the feasibility and benefits from the new project to provide the useful information for management approval.
  Prepare cost budgeting include standard cost, BOM, routing, activity price, volume, expense by cost center, HC etc. yearly review to ensure the corrective data source could be used for next year against the overall assumption.
  Check the various report in SAP ad hoc production variance, spending, PPV, TB to tracing the daily business to help understanding the operation issue within the plant.
  Verify the monthly forecast prepared by plant upon the sales and manufacturing variance. Raise the question to finance manager if anything not reasonable. Trace the variance b/w actual and forecast to improve the forecast accuracy and make sense for management.
  Regular review with cost manager to discuss the existing issue, action plan tracing, process improvement advice, target implementation etc.
  Qualifications & Skills
  Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a degree in Finance with a strong emphasis in Accounting.
  With 5 years working experience in costing analysis in sizable manufacturing company.
  Kitchen cabinet or furniture industries which require product customization experience is preferred
  Expert in costing budget planning, departmental expense control, and standard cost calculation with good understanding in BOM, routing and activity rate settings.
  Experience in production capacity planning, capital spending planning / control, manpower planning and productivity tracking.
  Strong SAP MM, PP, FICO and product costing experience, understand the system table structure and able to communicate effectively with IT team to resolve system issues, extract data and continuous improvement. Strong excel/database skills for automation.
  Good team player with effective communication skill and proven time management and multi-tasking capability. Self-motivated, quick learner, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  Key Responsibilities/Challenges:
  Treasury Management
  Overall looking at China cash pool to ensure the liquidity for daily operation.
  arrange inter-company loans within China and cross border.
  Conduct monthly cash flow forecast for China entities.
  Bank relationship and facilities maintenance across Asia Pacific region.
  Bank account maintenance and signature arrangement/monitoring within Asia Pacific region.
  Bank guarantee and letter of credit issuance.
  Handle/coordination of treasury reports, include but not limited to debt/facility report, UD report, non-trade transaction report etc.

  Manage royalty and dividend payment.
  Advice proper investment tools for excess cash/cash equivalent.

  Risk Management
  Responsible for the insurance of Kohler Asia Pacific region, including gathering underwriting data, communication with corporate insurance team, negotiating policy provisions, procuring insurance policies, allocating premium by entity and maintaining insurance coverage, initiating and tracking claim process.
  Monitor the FX risks across Asia Pacific region and coordinate with Corporate Treasury to minimize the risk.
  To foresee and minimize other risks and undertakings Kohler may have, find solutions to keep Kohler at a safe position.
  Others assigned by the manager.
  Qualifications & Skills
  Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a strong emphasis in Accounting.
  Minimum 5-year's solid experience in related field, previous experiences in a share service or a regional center is a plus.
