　　KeyResponsibilities/Challenges:

　　Blizzard Entertainment is seeking for a strategic, experienced finance director to provide finance operational and process leadership and oversight to its AsiaPacific region (APAC), including joint venture partner in China. The director of finance is responsible for driving key finance processes and control among business and operational departments including, but not limited to finance compliance,  financial forecasting, as well as budgeting and multi-year strategic plans. In addition, this position helps to drive business reviews,manage operational risk management processes, and partner with APAC business leaders to optimize and support the business expansion. It will require the candidate to build partnerships among the regional and global finance community in order to execute and deliver consolidated results to APAC region.

　　Theideal candidate is an independent, self-motivated leader with a proven track record of proactively identifying process efficiencies, anticipating businessneeds, and implementing solutions across the organization. The finance director will lead multiple functions, including accounting, financial planning &analysis, business intelligence, as well as office admin. All these functionalheads in APAC region will directly report to the finance director. Meanwhile,the position is based in Shanghai, and will directly report to Global Finance VP in headquarter and Regional Managing Director & VP, Asia Publishing

　　Responsibilities

　　·Develop functionalstrategies and guidelines/procedures to support APAC battle plan

　　·Lead and executeaccounting compliance, financial planning & analysis, business intelligenceand office admin; provide leadership of the entire finance team at bothregional and APAC level

　　·Partner withbusiness leaders and finance community to identify business  keyperformance indicators, developing and adapting forecasting as necessary

　　·Ensure thefinancial statement to be complied with US GAAP and local statutory and taxrequirements etc.

　　·As a key member ofthe top decision-making management of APAC, participate in company’sdecision-making on strategies, investment and other major decisions

　　·Lead monthly, quarterly,and ad-hoc forecasting APAC, establishing and communicating processdeliverables and driving execution

　　·Work closely andprovide financial related support to regional business leaders for new business& marketing expansion and  partnership deals renewal.

　　Qualifications &Skills

　　·Bachelor’s degreein Finance, Accounting, or other related areas or MBA focusing on Finance;possesses a professional qualification such as CPA and ACCA.

　　·A minimum of 15years finance experience in a multi-national organization, of which have serveda minimum 5 years in management as a finance director.

　　·Familiar with tax,internal control, AR/AP, fixed assets, cash and bank, as well as financial andmanagement reporting, planning and business development.

　　·High level ofeconomic and finance knowledge in complex organization.

　　·Strong analyticalmindset, ability to quickly identify and articulate the components of a complexproject or issue.

　　·Highly organizedand detail oriented.

　　·Ability to readand write Chinese is preferred. Knowledge in database and business intelligenceis a plus.

　　·Ability to see thebig picture and provide useful advice and input across the company.

　　·Have the capacityto develop and maintain senior level relationships and provide direction andinfluence at that level
