Bachelor degree and relevant professional qualifications;

At least Five years' experience in firm, and experience in BIG 4 firm is a plus;

A consulting mind-set and experience;

Multi-national and cross-border project experience;

Profound knowledge on finance operational model including finance organization structure, finance control model, etc.;

Group facilitation and presentation skills;

The ability to work directly with senior management and employees throughout client organizations;

The ability to manage and communicate project risk and issue with mitigation and solution proposed;

Able to work with high flexibility due to timeliness or other constraints;

Fluency in English and Mandarin;

ACCA,AICPA,ASCPA,CGA,HKICPA,NZICPA,CICPA or equivalent qualifications for manager and above positions.

BDO China Shu Lun Pan CPAs (LLP) Shenzhen Branch (hereinafter referred to as ‘Shu Lun Pan CPAs Shenzhen Branch’), was established in April 2008, approved by document [2008]20 of Finance Commission of Shenzhen Municipality. The predecessor of Shu Lun Pan CPAs Shenzhen branch is Shu Lun Pan CPA Co. Ltd Shenzhen Branch. In response to document 56 of the State Council and the requirements of Ministry of Finance that enlarging and strengthening accounting firms, Shu Lun Pan Shenzhen Branch restructured in April 2011. In July 2011, Shu Lun Pan CPAs Shenzhen Branch merged with teams of Chunyuan Hu and etc. from former Da Hua CPAs Co. Ltd, and renamed as Shu Lun Pan CPAs (LLP) Shenzhen Branch. The Revenue of 2013 reached at 180 million.

Shu Lun Pan CPAs Shenzhen Branch has 17 domestic business departments and 2 international business departments, which conduct financial statements auditing and other assurance and non-assurance services for domestic and foreign companies. Yinxin Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd Shenzhen Branch is mainly in charge of asset appraisal services. BDO Lixin Tax Shenzhen Branch conducts tax planning, consulting and assurance services. Shanghai Lixin Engineering Consultation Co., Ltd Shenzhen Branch conducts project construction cost auditing and whole process tracking services.
