Finance Supervisor-Global Business Unit

This is a great opportunity for ambitious accounting professionals to have career advancement and seek challenges.This role will be the Supervisor in Sales Control team of Headquarter Finance, and covering global business units and functional departments.

Closely work with different departments for daily sales operation and responsible for full set of accounting.

Prepare and review monthly financial reports for the Company and keep senior management informed about financial conditions within their areas.

Prepare consolidated management reports.

Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts. Monitor the budget and analyse significant variances.

Perform financial analysis and prepare reports for management if needed.

Supervise a small team on accounts payable, accounts receivable and billing and credit risk assessment. Monitor, maintain and review financial records.

Ensure with accounting and finance procedures comply with legal accounting standards.

University degree major in Accounting or Finance. With professional accreditation such as CPA or at equivalent.

Knowledge in SAP is preferred.

5+ years' relevant experience in Combination of Big 4/CPA firm and commercial experiences preferred

Finance Supervisor-Financial Review/Internal Audit

This role will be the Supervisor in Financial Review team of Headquarter Finance, and covering global business units and functional departments.

In charge of financial review functions to perform regular review on the financial statements of global subsidiaries of the group

Assist in preparing of consolidated financial statements under HK GAAP and PRC GAAP

Assist in preparing finance budget and rolling forecast, and perform analysis on discrepancy between actual results and budget

Perform analysis on consolidated financial statements

Coordinate with internal and external audit/monitoring procedures

Other ad hoc assignments

Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, auditing or related disciplines

4+ years working experience in audit, preferably with big4 experience

Relevant professional qualification such as CICPA or ACCA is an advantage

Be able to work under pressure, good at multi-assignment coordination and time management

Assertive and confident, with a critical mind-set

Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility
