同学你好两者最主要的不同应该是：财务现金流里的经营性现金流是不算入利息的，利息被视为融资性的现金流（即融资的成本）；会计现金流则把利息支出视为经营性的现金流。财务现金流量表是用来反映财务状况的；会计现金流量表则是用来记账的，有一笔记一笔。所以实务中更多用的是会计现金流，记账。但是公司绩效的分析用财务现金流（反映财务状况）是更有利的。
