财务风险评估和总体复核是必须要用的，是这样理解吗？
请问老师，我以下说法有问题没有：第一，无需在所有审计业务中运行分析程序，这句话是错的，这里的审计业务 指审计a公司，审计b公司，只要是审计业务都会用到分析程序，第二，无需在所有审计业务中运行实质性分析程序，这句话是正确的，因为在实质性程序中是可用可不用 ，而风险评估和总体复核是必须要用的，是这样理解吗？另外分析程序包含风险评估（认定层），实质性程序（认定层），总体复核（财报层）。
