2014加拿大注册会计师CGA Exam Venue Change Within China

　　Students should write all their exams in a stable exam centre, for example, Beijing (exam centre code 179). However, it is inevitable that sometimes students have to make business trip or temporary plans which disable them to write exams in their original exam centre. In this case, students can apply Exam Venue Change within China with applicable fee charged every time.

　　Please note that all the available exams will be arranged in all REGULAR exam centres within China. If changing to a NON-REGULAR exam centre, please email or call your regional office before application.

Application Fee: C$50/per one exam

　　Application Steps:

　　1.Make clear that which city you would stay during the exam week. [Check Exam Centres]

　　2.Send an English email to your regional office to state your application before the deadline.

　　3.Submit your application fee after your application approved

　　4.Make sure that your check the changed exam venue location on our website.

　　5.Email Sample:

　　Dear CGA BJ/SH/GZ Office,

　　I would like to pose my Exam Venue Change application for your process.

　　Student No: 8250000

　　Student Name: Zhang San (张三)

　　Exam in specific session: TX1 in 2012/13 Session 2

　　My original exam centre: Beijing 179

　　In only the specific sessional, I’d like to change it to: Shanghai 484

　　I have read the policy carefully and would attend the exam where I’ve applied to change. If I have any change of decision, I will inform my regional office on or before the Exam Deferral Application Deadline, after which the application cannot be cancelled.
