　　CGA-Canada appeared before parliamentary committees on five occasions during the year to testify on a range of proposed legislation. At the invitation of several departments, it participated in consultations related to foreign-qualification recognition, changes to student visas, and Canada’s international trade negotiations. Association representatives were also invited to speak at several conferences to share their expertise on mutual recognition agreements and the Agreement on Internal Trade.
