　　Institute of Certified Management Accountants Sri Lanka
 
　　CPA Australia has established some eligibility criteria for members of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants Sri Lanka (ICMASL) wanting to become members of CPA Australia.
 
　　ICMASL members who qualify for membership of CPA Australia will be admitted as Associate (ASA) members.
 
　　How to become a member
　　The following steps show how ICMASL qualified members can become CPA Australia members.
 
　　Step 1: Determine your eligibility
　　As an ICMASL member, you may be eligible for Associate CPA Australia membership if you:
 
　　hold a degree comparable to at least an Australian three-year full-time bachelor degree
 
　　have passed the ICMASL examinations from 2007 onwards
 
　　Each application is subject to an assessment of qualifications.
 
　　Step 2: Complete your application
　　Complete the application form (PDF) and submit it with:
 
　　certified true copies of 100 points of identification
 
　　certified true copies of your official degree awards and transcripts
 
　　certified true copies of your ICMASL membership certificate and examination results
 
　　letter of good standing from ICMASL, dated no older than one year prior to the application and containing: the date you joined ICMASL
 
　　the date you advanced to your current member status
 
　　confirmation you are not currently subject to any disciplinary sanctions or investigation, and have not been subject to any disciplinary sanctions
 
　　Step 3: Submit your application
　　Send your application with certified true copies of your documents to ma.comms@cpaaustralia.com.au or mail them to:
 
　　Member Services
　　CPA Australia
　　GPO Box 2820
　　MELBOURNE VIC 3001
　　Australia
 
　　Alternatively, you can mail your application to your nearest CPA Australia office.
 
　　Step 4: Processing your application
　　Your application will take approximately 10 to 15 working days to process. Once we finalise the assessment of your application, we will send you an email advising you of your assessment outcome.
 
　　If we have any questions about your application or need additional information, we will contact you.
 
　　Step 5: Advance to CPA status
　　Eligible ICMASL members will need to successfully complete the CPA Program professional level, including the practical experience requirement recognised by CPA Australia, to advance to CPA status.
