  岗位职责:
  1. 根据用户需求,使用新的报告分析工具STATS建立数据模型并设计业务报告
  2. 对通过STATS平台派送的业务报告进行监控,实时确认数据/分析结果的准确性,如有问题需进行及时调整建立新的解决方案
  3. 与用户(IBM美国业务团队)进行沟通,收集需求并建立新的任务,并为用户提供数据分析及工具使用的相应帮助
  4. 与海外职能经理定期进行电话会议,交流项目进展并讨论各种问题解决方案
  5.上级安排的其他工作
  任职要求:
  1.金融/经济/统计/数学或计算机相关专业
  2.英文流利(大学英语6级及以上),读写能力良好;
  3.熟练使用office 软件 (重点:熟练使用Excel 和Powerpoint);
  4 . 在数据分析相关岗位从业一年以上,有一定SQL及数据库操作经验

  职位名称:Business Analyst Intern (数量×3)
  工作地点:上海市浦东新区科苑路399号张江创新园10号楼 IBM
  为IBM全球业务团队提供数据分析及报告格式转换服务,每周至少工作4天, 工作时间为 9:00 - 18:00
  岗位职责:
  1. 使用新的分析工具Cognos, QMF 转换之前使用Brio/Hyperion 制作的旧版业务报告,保证数据/分析结果的准确性
  2. 根据用户需求,定期运行业务报告以取得相应的数据结果,实时监控结果的有效性,针对各种问题进行及时调整,整理报告后按时间规定发送报告给用户,并在后期协助团队成员对报告进行自动化设置
  3. 和其他团队成员一起与用户(IBM全球业务团队)进行沟通,收集信息
  4. 参与团队与海外职能经理的定期电话会议,交流项目进展并讨论各种问题解决方案
  任职要求:
  1.计算机/金融/统计/数学相专业优先
  2.英文六级,听说读写能力良好;
  3.熟练使用office 软件 (重点:熟练使用Excel 电子表格);
  4 . 初步掌握SQL及数据库操作,有Cognos, Brio, Cognos或其他数据分析工具经验者优先

  Role: - Account Delivery Coordinator (ADC)
  Location: - Shanghai
  Reports to: - Business Operations Manager
  Team Description Overview:
  Technical Support Services Team provides both Hardware and Software Maintenance to a multitude of clients across all industries. Clients purchase either a base Delivery Mgmt contract or a Total Service Management contract that includes project management support. The IBM MTS team provides maintenance services for all IBM LOGO product and Other Equipment Manufactures (OEM product) such as HP, SUN, DELL, CISCO, JUNIPER.
  Job Description / Duties:
  The Account Delivery Coordinator role is an account administrative support role, working in a matrixed client account team environment, managing the provision of client deliverables for a specific client set. Delivery coordination and Management is required for HW/SW and LOGO/OEM services as outlined in client contracts. Role tasks include:
   Purchase Order Management – raise PO requests and process funds releases in IBM BonD system
   Manage inventory additions and removals to contract/schedules & baselines
   Obtain pricing approvals for new products/services
   Prepare billing files for client submission and approval
   Create Invoice/Billing requests in the IBM Billing Request Tool (BRT)
   Process Time and Materials Requests for billing
   Provide inputs into account forecast files relating to actual Cost and Revenue data
   Raise and Process Contract Change Requests (ons/offs)
   Analyse invoice reports and investigate and resolve disputed invoices
   Maintain and store records on account electronic team rooms
   Perform archiving of contract records as necessary
   Provide contracted service activity performance reports
   Work closely with other teams to achieve client outcomes (including Customer Fulfilment, Commercial Delivery Mgmt, Procurement and Finance teams)
   Comply with IBM Business and Project Controls
  Mandatory Skills:
   Works well in matrixed client focussed team
   Excellent Microsoft Office product skills - word processor, spreadsheet, presentation
   Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
   Good data analysis skills - spreadsheet
   Ability to work through problems/obstacles to achieve a desired result
   Able to multi task and meet deadlines
  Preferred Skills – Overview (nice to have, but not limited to):
   Hyperion BRIO Query / Cognos knowledge
   Ability to learn new business tools
   General understanding of Contract and/or Financial processes
   Proven Ability to manage to a defined Statement of Work and Customer Service Levels
   Proven understanding of process improvement plans, Change control management and process controls
   Preferred education background includes Information Management, Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Accounting, etc
