　　Cognolink是一家总部在英国伦敦的咨询公司，在纽约、孟买、香港等地都有分公司。我们的主要业务是帮助我们的客户（金融投资机构&other咨询公司）寻找行业领域内合适的专家，让专家为客户提供一个直接的咨询服务。
　　Cognolink公司成立于2007年，由两位前贝恩公司顾问共同组建，主要协调客户和行业顾问间的关系。客户主要包括私人股权投资公司、对冲基金、共同基金以及战略管理咨询公司；行业顾问指是可以在做出关键投资决策前提供重要见解的专家。
　　行业顾问
　　公司拥有多位行业顾问，这些顾问是来自各区域、各行业的执行总裁、政治家、产业顾问、律师、会计师、医生和教授等，他们能为客户提供其所需求的经验、见解和分析建议。
　　客户
　　公司客户主要包括私人股权投资公司、对冲基金、共同基金以及战略管理咨询公司。他们信任我们为其引荐的行业顾问，提供他们所需的关键信息以做出明智的业务投资决策。

　　CognoLink全球团队由各大洲拥有本地工作经验，掌握30种以上语言的敬业的员工组成。总部位于伦敦，2010年我们进一步扩展业务，成立了上海亚太业务中心和纽约分公司。2012年，我们在亚洲新开设了香港和新德里两家分公司。
　　岗位职责：
　　To identify & recruit specialists to CognoLink’s network of industry experts to help facilitate consultations between industry specialists and our clients (Private Equity Companies, Hedge Funds and Management Consultancies) in order to help them make insightful investment decisions.
　　Key Responsibilities:
　　-To use internal and external tools to source Industry specialists
　　-To identify new sources of specialists wherever possible
　　-To recruit specialists to our specialist network
　　-To facilitate consultations; scheduling calls between our clients and specialists, arranging for interpreters, assisting specialists complete pre-consultation processes
　　-To work within a team and a Operation team in London to ensure projects are completed successfully and within the required timescales
　　-To generate effective work plans for projects and execute appropriately
　　-To continuously review processes and make suggestions for improvements where necessary
　　-To develop knowledge and understanding of the various industries on which our clients focus in order to provide an improved service
　　-To attend client meetings or events as necessary
　　-To carry out post -consultation and post -project calls to gather feedback
　　-To build relationships with clients and deliver consistently good service
　　Essential criteria:
　　-Native Chinese, Fluent in English.
　　-Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build relationships
　　-Demonstrated ability to carry out research and take a focused and logical approach to project work.
　　-Strong general business understanding and common sense
　　-IT literate and familiar with Microsoft Office
　　-Good educational background
　　-Outstanding social and networking skills
　　-Ability to convince (great sales skills)
　　-Willing to work in a busy environment which is, at times, high pressure
　　-Flexible, motivated and willing to ‘go the extra mile’
　　-Resourceful and creative
　　Desired requirements:
　　- One or three years working experience in the marketing research firm
　　- Good understanding of financial markets (debt, equity, derivatives etc.)
