　　Credit Analyst - 韩语或日语 职位描述：
　　要求财务专业或有相关经验，精通韩语或日语。
　　Description
　　- Risk management:
　　Perform credit management for a portfolio of customers based in North Asia Countries, primarily focus on China and Japan.
　　Ensure due diligence is taken for all customers in order to mitigate risk, including the analysis of Financial Statements, deal/contract terms and conditions deviating from HP´s standards.
　　Keep track of the existing security instruments, ensuring they are renewed in a timely fashion and respecting HP´s standard wording.
　　Stay informed on country related material changes that may have an impact on the country´s credit worthiness or relevant changes within the industry.
　　Setup and maintain the right credit limit in accordance with the business needs and level of associated risk. Store all documents backing up credit related decisions in Credit Analyst Document.
　　- Cash acceleration and revenue enablement:
　　Liaise with collections teams on an ongoing basis ensuring collections department are informed about credit related topics and vice versa. Act as an escalation point for relevant collections topics.
　　Review and support order release in a timely fashion.
　　Negotiate with the business in order to ensure payments do not deviate from the standard terms accepted by HP, addressing any exception to appropriate personnel.
　　- Business engagement: Interface with internal business partners (Sales, Business Unit Finance, Operations, Legal, etc.) in order to calibrate a feasible credit limit based on customers’ sales demands while balancing the creditworthiness and riskiness of the customer.
　　Qualifications and Skills Required:
　　- Bachelor’s degree, major in Finance/Accounting
　　- Typically 1-2 years of experience in a finance related function
　　- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
　　- Proficiency in written and oral English, Chinese
　　- Korean or Japanese language is a must
　　- Good accounting and financial knowledge
　　- Excellent problem solving skills
　　- Strong relationship building skills
　　- Strong influencing skills
