　　Description:
　　Responsible for overall work allocation for ESC team or ESC Internal Administrative work.
　　Supervise the work of administrative staff and ensuring the professional standard of services.
　　Be responsible for group administration, training, overall evaluation and counseling of subordinates.
　　Interact with senior managers and managers regarding project duties, review of completed work, receiving training and feedback as needed.
　    Potential for overtime based on client needs and deadlines.
　　Qualification:
　　Good understanding of US GAAP, IFRS and/or HK GAAP and strong IPO related knowledge and experience wherever related to US, HK or Singapore is highly preferred.
　　Strong analytical and highly commitment to quality service.
　　Be mature, initiative with strong sense of teamwork and project management office (PMO) skills.
　　Good interpersonal and communication skills.
　　Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills.
　　Must have superior Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
　　Proficiency in other computer applications is preferred.
　　Must be business-English proficient (i.e., TOEIC/TOEFL foreign college level).
　　Over 4 years (in relevant experience).
　　Bachelor's / Master's degree of any disciplines, accounting or accounting related major is preferred.
　　Certification of CICPA, HKICPA is desirable and other CPA is preferred.
