　　Key Job Responsibilities:

　　(Duties may include, but not limited to all or some of the following)

　　1.Arrange daily petty cash receipts and payments and make sure they are reconciled timely with the cashbox;

　　2.Prepare cheques and other banking document, and visit bank to make payments, withdrawals and deposits;

　　3.Prepare monthly reconciliation report for all bank accounts to make sure they are reconciled on a timely;

　　4.Check expenses reimbursement documents;

　　5.Assist with cash forecast;

　　6.Any Ad hoc projects related to Finance Department

　　Education: College or above, major in Finance/Accounting.

　　Skills/Knowledge: A quick learner who is hard working.

　　Other:A Shanghai Citizen will be required. （本岗位要求每周可至少工作3天）。
