　　职位描述:

　　Job Responsibilities:

　　·         Prepare and submit Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly AR ageing reports for all China legal entities (LJ/CB/ISH etc, incl. domestic and export sales) , and be in charge of AR allowance and write off

　　·         Provide timely China AR ageing analysis and action plans

　　·         Check, confirm AR balance with customers, and issue collection notes with corresponding filing works.

　　·         Calculate agents’ commission on monthly basis

　　·         Assist controller to re-design credit control procedure, lead to implement the procedure and be responsible for the efficiency of the implementation

　　·         Assist controller to implement pricing control procedure, and be responsible for the efficiency of the implementation (New)

　　·         Lead and coordinate to consolidate China cash flow (“CF”), operating working capital (“OWC”) and free operating cash flow (“FOCF”) actual report at Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly basis, and provide timely comments to China management team.

　　·         Lead and coordinate China CF, OWC and FOCF controlling with plant finance, Beijing and Shanghai finance teams. And lead China forecast and budget of CF, OWC and FOCF cycles

　　·         Ad-hoc duties assigned

　　Key Performance Indicators:

　　“On target”

　　1. Achieve AR collection days (DSO) half year/annual budget for all China entities; ensure that there is no AR allowance balance at each quarter end in accordance with IMERYS credit policy.

　　2. Timely and accurately provide all required regular reports before deadline with informative and valuable comments

　　3. Optimize LJ/CB/ISH cash administration and resources.

　　4. Optimize and ensure the pricing control and credit control procedures are effectively implemented.

　　5. Well lead CF, OWC and FOCF forecast every month, and control the deviation with 6% versus actual result.

　　6. Get involved the entire process of annual budget , and lead CF, OWC and FOCF of all China entities.; make all budget assumptions clear and documented; good time control to meet deadlines

　　“Exceed target”(based on above)

　　1. Exceed AR collection days (DSO) half year/annual budget for all China entities 5 days above

　　2. Well lead CF, OWC and FOCF forecast every month, and control the deviation with 3% versus actual result.

　　3. Get involved the entire process of annual budget and help on P&L part with significant contribution. Meanwhile, lead CF, OWC and FOCF of all China entities; make all budget assumptions clear and documented; good time control to meet deadlines.

　　4. Pass half of professional exams in one year

　　5. Valuable and significant initiatives to finance team even PFM China business.

　　Compensation & Benefits:

　　PROFILE

　　Required academic qualifications:

　　Bachelor degree or above, preferred in accountancy, finance or management majors

　　Required experience and knowledge:

　　·         Strong business acumen

　　·         Excellent financial analysis techniques with more than 3 years related working experience. Treasury or credit control experience will be a plus

　　·         Solid accounting knowledge and techniques, it would be a plus with one of professional certificates (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, China Accounting license, CMA, CIA etc.)

　　·         Comprehensive sense of cash controlling other than accounting.

　　·         Good communicate skill.

　　·         Strong skills at Excel and Powerpoint. Familiar with finance consolidation reporting system (Magnitude, Hyperion or similar).

　　·         Fluent English

　　·         Be responsible, initiative and creative with strong accountability, ownership and commitment.

　　·         A team player and closed business partner with professional habits and behaviors
