　　JOB DESCRIPTION

　　Travel: frequent, both in PRC and in Europe

　　Skills: Financial analysis and model building, translation of commercial termsinto legal documents, English and Chinese languages and good writing skills,excel and powerpoint proficiency, ability to understand and evaluate businessopportunities.
 

　　JOB DESCRIPTION

　　To support the senior professionals in the overall process, from the analysisof the selected target, the negotiation and closing the deals to the monitoringof the investee companies and management of exit process

　　-Preparation of investment recommendation paper;

　　-financial analysis of the target companies -  Excel spreadsheet modelling

　　-research and analysis of peers, comparables, market trends, industries

　　-coordinating with the due diligence professional teams (legal and fiscal,business, auditing) during the analysis phase, reviewing the due diligenceprocess output;

　　-Assisting senior professionals during negotiations with theshareholders/entrepreneurs/directors of the target;

　　-interacting with the top managers of the investee company to execute approvedstrategies;

　　-preparation of periodic reports to investors on performance of the investeecompanies

　　-supporting the senior professionals in identifying strategies or areas ofimprovement in investee companies through qualitative and quantitativeanalysis.
 

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　- Master degree inbusiness;

　　- Additionalqualifications in CPA/CMA/CFA  preferred;

　　-Language : Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese(Mandarin in case of spoken);

　　WORKING EXPERIENCE

　　-not less than 3 years’ working experience in private equity firm, accountfirm, consultancy firm or investment bank. Other industrial experience inaddition to the abovementioned ones a plus.

　　-Candidates from industrial companies having not less than 3 years’ experiencein merger and acquisition also welcome.
