  Ans:If you fail to complete the renewal procedures before the renewal deadline on 15 December, a final notice will be sent by email and post to you by the end of December. A final deadline will be given for you to renew your membership registration.
 
  If no remittance/ annual return are received from you by this extended renewal deadline, your name will be removed from the Institute's register of certified public accountants without further notice.
 
  Under the current policy on restoration of membership removed for non-completion of renewal procedures, the individuals concerned may apply for restoration of membership with an administration charge specified by the Council by 31 March of the relevant year. Applications received by the Institute after 31 March will not be accepted, and the individuals are required to re-apply for membership by completing and returning a fresh membership application Form R-3 to the Institute for consideration. The application will be treated as a new membership application and assessed in accordance with the prevailing rules and requirements. Upon approval, he/she will be assigned with a new membership number.
