　　高顿网校小编为您解答： I moved to a new residence in November and did not receive the renewal notices. I have been removed from membership. Can I apply for restoration without paying the administration charge?
 

　　Ans：Members are reminded every now and then to keep their contact details up-to-date. Furthermore, as the Institute sends renewal notices by email and by post, and keeps posting reminders in the e-circular, failure to receive renewal notices caused by change of mailing address or not knowing the renewal date cannot be accepted as grounds for applying for waiver from paying the administration charge required for restoration applications.
