　　Ans：Yes.  After your employer has submitted the block declaration for your CPD compliance, you are still required to submit the online Declaration for the Re-application of a Practising Certificate by logging on to the "Annual Renewal" section in the Institute's website at www.hkicpa.org.hk.  If you choose to complete such declaration with hardcopy declaration form, all sections on the form including CPD declaration should be filled and returned to the Institute.
