　　Ans：No. As stipulated in para. A15 of Statement 1.500 (Revised April 2013), any member who is a director of a listed company, regardless of whether this is full-time or not, generally does not qualify for CPD exemption in order to serve the public interest. Accordingly you are required to comply with the CPD requirements as prescribed.
