　　Corporate finance interest group

　　Objective

　　The formation of the CFIG under the Institute is to provide a forum for CPAs, corporate financiers and other related professionals working in the corporate finance sector to network and exchange views on matters of common interest or concern and to channel their views to the Institute.

　　For further details of the CFIG, read the information sheet.

　　Membership

　　CFIG membership is open to all members of the Institute. Non-Institute members who are working in the corporate finance and related sectors, e.g., sponsors, financial advisers, lawyers, fund managers, research analysts, company directors and senior management, etc. are welcome to join.

　　To join the group, complete the membership application form and return it to us.

　　Financing and membership fees

　　The group aims to be largely self-funding. The year-end of the CFIG falls on 30 June each year.

　　The annual subscription is currently HK$200 for Institute members and HK$350 for non-Institute members for the membership year ending 30 June of each year.

　　Activities and support

　　Events

　　The CFIG holds lunch seminars, discussion forums, networking functions and other events on topics of interest to the corporate finance sector. Click here to view the recent and forthcoming events.

　　E-newsletter

　　Corporate Finance Alert, a periodic e-newsletter delivers relevant and concise news on developments relating to the corporate finance field in Hong Kong, is designed to alert CFIG members to current topics and issues that may have an impact on them and their working environment.
