今天来谈谈自我介绍之后紧接着会遇到的问题，Why do you want to work here?

这里的关键词是work吗，是why吗。不不不，是最末的一个词，here。

我小时候总问我妈妈，麦当劳和肯德基买的东西是一样的，他们为什么不合并成一家公司呢?麦当劳和肯德基有区别吗?

求职时是一样的呀。你都面消费品，面试联合利华他们问，你还投了宝洁吗?和宝洁比，你为什么更想在我们这儿工作呢?

这题我们要表达出对你对这个公司知道得很多，而你的个人资质match到公司的需求(to show that you know a lot about the company and that your qualifications match the company's needs)

Show出你对公司的了解，包括对可能工作的部门的了解，未来工作伙伴的了解(你清楚你以后要和那样的人一起工作吗?)

研究公司的产品或者服务，了解公司在社会上的积极影响

熟悉公司的使命(mission statement)和核心价值

熟悉公司官网上“About us”板块的介绍

不要将“选择的理由”局限于你个人。重点放在公司积极的影响，公司能给你带来什么。

告诉面试者你过去的教育和实习经历，如何符合公司的需要

告诉面试者你对工作是有选择性/对岗位是有思考(being selective)的，不是会随随便便接受任何提供给你的工作

第三段总结陈词，你们公司好，我有技能，你们的业务适合我这种寻求挑战的人才，我们合体吧合体吧。全篇把公司夸得花儿一样，也把你自己夸了一通。两相欢喜。

其实英语面试用的词，并不高端，都是常用词。主要是组织句子和思路的逻辑性和流利性。
