财会人员要学会把约会的招数用到面试上

　　Dating and job hunting both have their ups and downs, and sometimes both of them can feel like emotional rollercoasters. It's really hard to find a job that's just right for you, and the journey to find it can be as hard as looking for love. Here are a few ways you can improve your chances of finding your potentialpartner in both areas:

　　约会和求职都是有起有落的，有时候两者都会让你感觉像是坐过山车一样，心情时好时坏。要找到一份理想的工作很难，找工作的过程就跟找意中人一样艰辛。下面的这些建议既可以帮助你找到梦中情人，也有助于找到一份好工作：

　　1.Get to know your date or prospective employer.People have checklistsin their heads for a potential partner and have certain criteriasuch as religionor family values. Keep in mind that your employer is also looking at you to see if you meet the requirements they're looking for. To get a better sense of the kind of person they want, carefully look at the job description, read more about the company and its culture if you can find information on it online, and look up LinkedIn profilesof people who hold similar positions in the same company.

　　1.了解你的约会对象或未来雇主。对于未来的伴侣，人们手上总会有一份对照单来核对是不是符合条件，比如宗教信仰、家庭观等。记住，雇主也是这么招人的。雇主会把求职者和岗位要求相对照，看看是不是符合要求。所以，你首先要知道雇主想要招什么样的人，仔细阅读岗位描述，多了解一下应聘公司的企业文化，在网上多找点相关资料。也可以通过Linkedin这样的社交网络来看看在应聘公司里从事相似岗位的人都是什么样子的。

　　2.Don't wait by the phone. After the interview, you're left hanging and waiting for your potential employer to get back to you. Don't pine away by your phone or computer and jump every time you get a new email or phone call. Focus your energy on searching for more jobs; you might even find one that suits you better. To skip the anticipationnerves, ask your interviewer when you can expect to hear back from them at the end of the interview. That way you won't keep wondering when they are going to get back to you. Write a thank-you note right on the day of or day after the interview, and follow up a week later if you haven't heard back from them.

　　2.不要守在电话旁干等。面试结束后，一般会要求你等消息。这时，你千万不要守在电话旁等电话铃响或者坐在电脑前等着新邮件。你应该集中注意力继续寻找更多的工作机会，也许你还能找到更好的工作呢。为了自己可以不用焦虑地等通知，你可以在面试结束的时候，问一下大概什么时候可以知道结果，这样你就不用老是惦记着用人单位来联系你了。你也可以在面试结束当天或者隔一天，给面试官发去一封感谢信。如果迟迟得不到回应的话，在面试一周后，再发一封邮件也是可以的。

　　3.Don't let rejection crush you. Getting rejected can feel awfulespecially if you really wanted the job. The best thing to do in this situation is not to lingerover the "what ifs" and to move on with a positive mindset. Don't let a couple of rejections get you down because there are plenty of fish in the sea.

　　3.别让拒绝把你打垮。被拒绝心里总是不好受的，尤其是你特别想要某份工作的时候，就会感到更难过了。这时*4的做法不是惦念着“如果当时能...”，而是积极地向前看。不要因为被拒绝了几次就意志消沉，要知道前面还有一大片树林等着你呢，千万别在一棵树上吊死。

　　4.Make a strong first impression. Your interview may be your one chance at making a lasting impression, so be sure to make a good one. Prep for it by reading up about the company, coming up with a list of good questions, and doing mockinterviews with friends. Put your best foot forward by being genuineand coming up with responses that are true for you and not just something you think they want to hear.

　　4.*9印象一定要好。面试可能是你*10的一次机会可以给面试官留下长期印象，所以一定要留下好印象才行。事先要做好准备，多读一些有关应聘公司的资料，准备一些好的问题来提问，在朋友面前预演几次面试情况。*4的做法是态度真诚，认真诚实地回答问题，而不是回答那些你认为是别人想听的答案。
