怎样转移预算资金

　　The trick to a successful budget is its ability to handle emergencies. You should not go to your emergency fund if you overspend in a category. Instead you should look to your budget to find the extra money. Each month is a little bit different，and it is important to realize that your budget can change to meet your needs. It is important to keep savings and debt payments at the top of your budget. Try to avoid changing these amounts. After you realize that you have overspent in a category or need extra money，there are three things you should do.

　　成功的预算可以帮你处理紧急事务。一个预算项目的金额花完，你不能动用紧急基金去弥补，而应该向预算本身找余钱。每个月情况可能有所不同，所以要确保自己的预算可以为你的需求做出相应改变。存款和还债应放于预算首要地位，这部分款项能不动就不动。当意识到一项预算已经花完或需要额外支出时，你需要学做下面的三项事情：

　　First，you need to determine how much money you will need to find to cover the expenses in that category for the rest of the month.

　　If you have overspent on gas money， ask yourself how much money you will need to go to work for the rest of the month. You should try to cancel unnecessary trips to conserve money and gas. If you have overspent on groceries then cut down your grocery list to the bare essentials. You may not be able to eat steak every night for the rest of the month.

　　Second you should look at the categories in your budget that you can cut back on.

　　You need to pay your rent and utilities，so you should live these alone. You may want to look at your fun money，clothing，eating out，groceries，and gas categories. These are the ones that you can decide how much you spend each month. Decide how much you can cut back on in each category this month.

　　第二你需要找出可以腾出金额的预算项目。

　　房租和一些费用是必需的，这部分不能动。娱乐支出、服装支出、外出就餐、买菜和汽油费这些项目是可以进行改变的，可以通过缩减这些项目的预算来腾出一些余钱。

　　Third you will need to subtract that amount from each category.

　　Then you will add that amount to the category that you need extra money in. You can keep transferring until you cover your expenses in your category. If you are using the envelope system，you will simply move the money from envelope to envelope.

　　接下来需要把做出变动的类别减少相应的数额，将需要额外数额的项目加上这笔数目，直到满足需求为止。

　　如果是用信封系统，就只需要把钱从一个信封转移到另外一个信封里去了。
